Anger Management


The feeling of anger is one of our body's natural reactions to the situation in which it is uncomfortable. Responding to every negative emotion we feel with anger is what we call irritability or irritability. Although it is said that irritability is a character trait, it is not. The problem is not the anger itself, but the way it is expressed. So the issue is not a character issue, it's a behavior issue. Moreover, it can be changed. Anger education aims to recognize, understand and change the behavior of expressing anger as a language.
